Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to start the process within 60 days of delivery.

Print Your Label

Once authorized, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and ensure all original components and manuals are included in the box.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your BedJet unit in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund
